Should you wish to make a booking, please telephone to check for availability.

1. Contract of Hire
The hiring contract shall be between the hirer and the owner of the property and shall be deemed to be made subject to these conditions of hire. The contract of hire is not effective until the owners despatch to the hirer written confirmation of a Booking.

2. Initial Payment
A booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of £50 for each week booked and the signed booking form. However, if the booking is made within 28 days of the holiday commencement date the full amount will be required.

3. Balance Payment
The balance of hire will be due for payment 28 days before the holiday commencement date. We reserve the right to cancel a holiday where full payment has not been received less than 14 days before the holiday commencement date.

4. Confirmation of Booking
Once a confirmation of booking has been issued, the Hirer is responsible for the total price shown on the Confirmation of Booking.

5. Booking Cancellation
If a holiday is cancelled the deposit paid on booking will be automatically forfeit. So long as written notice of cancellation is received by the owner not less than six weeks before the holiday commencement date. Hirers will not be liable to pay the full Balance of Hire unless the owner is successful in re-letting the holiday.

6. Personal Belongings
Baggage and personal belongings are at the Hirer's risk at all times.

7. Motor Car
No responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to any car or it's contents.

8. Party Size
In no circumstances may more than four people occupy the property except by prior written agreement with the owners.

9. Hirers Responsibilities
The hirer is repsonsible for the property and is expected to take all reasonable care of it. The property and its' equipment, utensils etc. must be left clean at the end of the hire period.

10. Complaints Procedure
If the hirer is not completely satisfied with the accommodation offered, he/she should contact the owner immediately and attempt to resolve the problem.
